O R D E R

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Suryawanshi learned counsel for the appellant/ Insurance Company is present. Mr.Usmanpurkar, learned counsel for respondents/original claimants is present. 2.

The appellant Kamalabai is present before the today's National Lok Adalat on Vidco Conferencing along with her Advocate Mr. S.V. Suryawanshi. None appears for Respondent No. 1. The officer of the Insurance Company Mr. Rajendrakumar Krishnaji Saitwal has filed authority letter and is personally present before the today's National Lok Adalat.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification. 4.

Respondent No. 2 Insurance Company has already deposited an amount of compensation as per judgment and order passed by MACT, Biloli in MACT No. 36 of 2018 before the Tribunal and an amount of Rs. 1,91,800/- (One Lakh Ninety One Thousand and Eight Hundred) has already been withdrawn by the appellants. Now respondent No. 2 Insurance Company shall deposit an amount of enhanced compensation of Rs. 90,000/- (Ninety Thousand) in this Court within a period of 90 days from today in terms of compromise before this National Lok Adalat. The appellants are entitled to withdraw the aforesaid enhanced amount of compensation in terms of award passed by this National Lok Adalat on its deposit. 5.

The Chairman/Member, Motor Accidents Claims, Tribunal be informed accordingly.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.

The First Appeal and Civil Application, if any, stand disposed off.
