ORDER :- This is an application for intervention.

The applicants / intervenors is shown to be the interested parties / beneficiaries of the compensation in respect of the land acquisition as per the award passed. However, the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 8500/2019, have taken objection to the disbursement of the amount on the ground that they are also holding the land in the same survey number and are entitled to the compensation.

At this stage, we are not examining the issue as raised in the petition. We find that the intervenors who are admittedly shown as the beneficiaries in the award, are the necessary parties. 4.
Hence, the Civil Application is allowed. The petitioners are directed to add the applicants / intervenors as party respondents. Necessary addition to be carried out within a period of one week from today. A copy of the petition along with annexures be served to the learned counsel for the intervenors.
