that the petitioner has approached Hon'ble Supreme Court and, therefore, at this stage, we are not passing any order regarding recall but we are placing on record our intention to recall the said order in view of the mistake that has occurred. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is requested to inform us about the order that would be passed in the matter which has been filed before Hon'ble Supreme Court.
