This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to the Collector - respondent no. 2 to take decision by himself or through his subordinate on application tendered by petitioner claiming rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, in observance of the principles of natural justice and, it is accordingly directed.

On determination of amount of rental compensation, the same shall be disbursed to the petitioner by respondent no. 4 in accordance with such determination, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months.
