Heard both sides. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and fact that unmarried son of the applicants met with an accidental death at young age, the applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lacs only) on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though this Court has directed to deposit the entire amount and granted stay to the judgment and award, the insurer has not deposited the entire amount in this Court. Learned counsel for the appellant-insurer seeks time to verify the same and deposit the balance amount, if any. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
