The learned counsel has sought review of the impugned judgment passed by this Court in Second Appeal No./ 316/2000 on 12th July, 2018.

After having perused the grounds raised seeking review of the order and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it does not appear to me that any case is made out for reviewing the order passed by this Court. What is transpired from the argument made by the learned counsel is that he intends to have some clarification as about the conclusions recorded in the judgment. However, I am not convinced that any such explanation is also required as regards the observations made and the conclusions recorded by this Court. No case is made out for reviewing the order. The review application is dismissed.
