1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there were some office objections to be removed and that the Advocate submits that inadvertently the objections remained to be communicated to the claimant. Due to the old age of the claimant, the claimant did not pursue the matter and the office objections could not be removed within time.

2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the order dated 29.03.2022 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court to the extent of the present applicant is quashed. Delay is condoned in filing the present Civil Application. Appeal is restored to its original position. The
