Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants in all both these applications are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in these applications. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that the delay is not properly explained. 2.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods as mentioned in these applications are condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the said delay periods.
