When this Court indicated that going by the nature of the allegations wherein the petitioner's brother has allegedly faced some physical torture in the jail at Nashik, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Principal Seat of this Court, learned advocate Mr. Bhosale for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a separate writ petition at the Principal Seat of this Court in Mumbai. 2.
