Heard Mr. B.S.Dhamale, advocate appearing with Mr. V.D.Dapkal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S.Dande, learned AGP for the respondent no.1. 2.

The petitioner was before this Court with a grievance that the order, dated 8.2.2018 in Writ Petition No. 1192 of 2018 is not complied with.

Perusal of the order, dated 8.2.2018 shows that in view of submissions made before this Court by learned AGP, on instructions, the Division Bench directed respondent no.1 to take final decision on the proceedings, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of said order.

Today, Mr. Dande, learned AGP placed before us a communication, received by the office of the Government Pleader dated 31.10.2018. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purpose. It is informed to the Government Pleader that the Hon'ble Minister has finally decided the proceedings on 31.10.2018. That means immediately the order is communicated to the office of the Government Pleader. 4.

As the order of this Court is complied with, nothing survives in the petition now.
