By order dated 11.3.2024, this Court had directed the Director of Education, Mumbai to decide the representation that was made by the petitioners within a period of 4 weeks. The matter was then kept pending. Now, the learned advocates for the petitioners submit that the said representation has been decided against the petitioners on 15.3.2024 and therefore, the petitioners want to challenge the said order dated 15.3.2024 and hence, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner
