DATE : 13/12/2018 PER COURT :- Heard Mr.Chandak, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] From the grievance raised in the petition that the order of this Court dated 2/8/2018 is not complied with. Simple notice was issued to respondent no.2 on 15/10/2018. In response to the notice, reply is filed on behalf of respondent no.3 Sub Divisional Police Officer, Sailu Sub Division Dist.Parbhani. 3] It is submitted in the affidavit in reply tht in view of the order of this Court First Information Report is lodged and Superintendent of Police, Parbhani has given further directions to Police Inspector, Manwat Police Station. A copy of the FIR is also placed on record alongwith the affidavit filed by Krishna

2 927 Kant Upadhyay, Superintendent of Police, Parbhani. It is submitted that though there is some delay, the delay is unintentional and unconditional apology is tendered before this Court.

4] Considering these facts, filing of the FIR and the grievance for which petitioner was constrained to approach this Court by filing Petition is redressed. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
