After hearing the parties consensus has been arrived at to the following effect.

Respondent No.3-Management would submit a fresh proposal to respondent No.2 - Education Officer within three weeks from the date of this order. Respondent No.2 - Education Officer shall decide the same on it's own merits within four weeks thereafter.
