Heard. This Court, vide order dated 20/7/2022, had expressed disinclination to grant the applicant bail. There is eye witness account. This Court perused again the statements of the witnesses and come to a conclusion it to be a fit case not to grant the applicant bail.

True, the trial Court was directed to complete the trial within six months, with liberty to the applicant to revive the prayer for bail if the trial could not be concluded in a time-frame.

It is informed that, only one witness has been examined. The trial Court is therefore directed to hear the case day-to-day, provided the learned Advocate for the applicant cooperates to take the trial to logical conclusion. 4.

With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
