Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of the present petition, the petitioners are assailing the order dated 01.04.2022 passed by District Judge-1, Beed in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 52 of 2019, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioners against the order dated 31.07.2019 passed below Exh. 5 by 6th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Beed in RCS NO. 214 of 2019, came to be dismissed. The Original plaintiff/Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 had filed application for grant of T.I., which came to be allowed by the trial Court. 3.

Learned Counsel Mr.Kazi for respondent Nos. 1 & 2/Original Plaintiff submits that the stage of evidence is already commenced. 4.

Both the learned Counsels submit that the purpose would be served if this Court directs the trial Court to decide the suit within a stipulated period.
