The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the only relief sought in this petition is, that respondent No.2 Deputy Director of Education, Pune, should decide the pending proposal dated 24/06/2021, filed on 14/11/2021 with regard to grant of approval to the transfer order of the petitioner from the unaided to aided post as 'Lab Assistant'. He further submits that an order dated 19/09/2022 is passed in Writ Petition No.6124/2022, filed by Yogesh Purushottam Bhujbal Vs. State of Maharashtra and others, in similar circumstances. His apprehension is, that his proposal might get rejected for the reason, which has not been

10518.22wp (2) approved by this Court in the order dated 26/09/2022 in Writ Petition No.9781/2022 (Sachin Shivaji Rahane and anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) and in the case of Yogesh Purushottam Bhujbal (supra).

The learned A.G.P. submits that, the proposal of the petitioner would be considered on it's merits within a time frame. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent No.2 would decide the pending proposal of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 15/01/2023.
