Delay of 25 days is caused in filing the Civil Application. Further prayer is that the order of the learned Registrar refusing registration to the writ petition for non removal of office objections, be set aside.

The learned Advocates for the Non Applicants oppose this application.

I do not find that the delay of 25 days is too large or inordinate. It is a minor delay and I do not deem it appropriate to impose costs.

As such, this Civil Application is allowed with the following

*2* 964ca12608o18 directions :- (a) The Petitioner shall remove all office objections on or before 30.01.2019, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the learned Registrar shall stand restored.

(b) If the above direction is complied with, the writ petition shall be registered and shall be listed in the urgent admissions category on 05.02.2019 along with Writ Petition Nos.11687/2018, 3415/2018 and Writ Petition (Stamp) No.36966/2018.
