On due consideration of submissions advanced, in the light of cause assigned in the application, I am of the view, the application deserves to be allowed. The appeal challenging the award passed by Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Dhule is pending for consideration since the year 2009. In that view the appeal deserves to be disposed of expeditiously. Accordingly, the
