Mr. Kedar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has applied pursuant to the advertisement issued by the respondent No. 2 for the post of technician Grade - III. The learned counsel further submits that, there are other posts also, which are referred in the advertisement. The petitioner can be considered for the other posts. The petitioner has the qualification of a Metal Sheet Worker Diploma and has also completed apprenticeship and B. T. R. I. 2.

Mr. Gaikwad, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that, as per the advertisement the post for a person possessing Metal Sheet Worker diploma is not available. The applications are invited online. All applications are accepted. In view of the fact that no post is available for a person having

2 wp 11364.19 qualification of metal sheet diploma, the petitioner cannot be considered.

Unless the post exists commensurate to the qualification of a candidate, it will not be possible to direct the respondents to accept candidature of such person.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
