The petitioner is working as an 'Assistant Teacher'. His claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' - Scheduled Tribe, is pending validation from 09/05/2011. He has received a notice from the employer, dated 07/01/2023 that he should submit the validity certificate within one month.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Competent Committee would decide the claim, on or before 30/06/2023. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, by recording the statement made by the learned A.G.P., on

The petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation for the expeditious disposal of the pending proceedings and would refrain from seeking adjournment on unreasonable and trivial grounds, lest, the Committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceedings. 4.

Considering the above, on the condition that the petitioner would not seek increments or promotion until his claim is decided, we direct that the services of the petitioner would not be terminated by the respondents, solely on the ground that his claim is not yet validated, until 30/06/2023 or the date of the order, which would be passed by the Committee, whichever is earlier.
