Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and respondents. I have gone through the award.

Permission is granted to the applicant to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited compensation amount, subject to filing of written undertaking in the First Appeal, to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The written undertaking be filed within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order. Applicant is also permitted to

(2) CA No.13061/2018 withdraw 25% amount out of remaining, subject to filing of solvent security for the said amount within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order. The remaining 25 % amount be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank till final decision of this appeal.
