Heard Shri. K.D.Jadhav, learned advocate for applicants/appellants. Perused record and proceedings. The present civil application is filed by the applicants for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 Khader Nawaz Khan s/o Khuda Nawaz Khan on record. The civil application is supported by the affidavit. The death certificate of respondent no.1 is filed on record. On perusal of death certificate, it appears that respondent no.1 died on 05.10.2014. The civil application is filed on 30.10.2014. There is no contest to this civil application. Therefore, I find no difficulty to allow the civil application and to pass following order.

The civil application is allowed.

The legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 Khader Nawaz Khan s/o Khuda Nawaz Khan be brought on record without delay.
