Purpose underlying present civil applications can be taken care of by directing the parties that the execution of agreement, if any, which is being insisted upon under letter dated 30th September, 2014, shall be without prejudice to the rights of the applicants accrued to them under orders of the Labour Court and Industrial Court and the same would not be of any assistance, as far as merits of the writ petitions are concerned. Reinstatement of the applicants would be subject to the decision of the writ petitions.

Accordingly, the respondents will release salary of the applicants, subject, of course, to the adjustment being made pursuant to orders dated 20th February, 2015 in civil application No. 7031 of 2011 and other civil applications along with the same.

As far as salary is concerned, the applicants are at liberty to file further applications, if occasion arises. 4.
