1] This is an application seeking leave to amend memo of the writ petition. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the petition, the respondent nos.3 & 4 have canceled the selection of the applicant.

2] We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 3] The writ petition is not yet admitted. The

4] Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [B] and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days.
