By this petition, the petitioner has assailed order dated 27.09.2021 passed by District Judge-3, Jalgaon allowing application of the respondent below Exh.5 conditionally subject to payment of interim compensation to the respondent in appeal at the rate of Rs.7000/- per month. The order has been in force since 27.09.2021. In stead of going into the merits of the impugned order, this petition can conveniently be disposed of with a request to the District Judge to take up the appeal itself for hearing.

Accordingly the present petition is disposed of with a request to the District Judge, Jalgaon to expedite the hearing of the
