These applications are filed by the respective parties, namely, the appellant and legal representatives of deceased original claimant for bringing the legal representatives of respondent no.1 Shivaji on record. It is

(2) submitted that respondent no.1 Shivaji expired on 27th November, 2016. A copy of the death certificate is also placed on record along with these respective applications. Both learned Counsel submit that there is some delay caused in filing the applications, but the same is for unintentional and bona fide reasons.
