2] Mr.Shelke, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that the appellants have been convicted for the offences punishable under Section 143, 147, 436 read with 149 of Indian Penal Code; Section 3(i)(x) and Section 3(i)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act; and Section 7(1)(d) of the Protection of Civil Rights Act. They were directed to suffer simple imprisonment till rising

3] Mr.Shelke submits that the appellants do not want to proceed with the present appeal. He files on record written instructions received from the appellants. The same are accepted on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. 4] In the circumstances, the appeal is allowed to withdraw and disposed of without any further order.

5] In view of above and as Mr.Shelke submits that the matter has been settled between the parties, pending Suo-Motu Criminal Revision Application also stands disposed of.
