O R D E R :

The respondent- claimant Dadasaheb Zanje is present along with learned Advocate Mr. D.R. Jaybhay. Learned Advocate Mr. M.R. Deshmukh is present on authorisation by the appellant Bajaj Allianz Insurance Co. Ltd.

Both the parties have arrived at compromise and the same is filed on record which is marked as Exhibit "X". 3.

Both the appeals are disposed off in terms of the compromise. Decree be drawn up accordingly.

As per the terms of compromise, the Insurance Company agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs.6,50,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) within a period of eight weeks from today in this Court and the same be disbursed to the claimant without reference to the Court. The balance amount which is deposited in this Court be disbursed t the claimants along with interest accrued thereon without reference to the Court.

Court Fee be refunded as per rules.

6.

Pending Civil Applications, if any, stand disposed off.
