Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submitted that the matter is settled between the parties before the National Lok Adalat held on 25th September, 2021. Accordingly, the original suit was disposed of as withdrawn. Therefore, this petition becomes infructuous. He has also tendered a copy of the order passed by the National Lok Adalat across the bar. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification purposes. 2.
