The learned counsel submits that the proposal is submitted for transfer of the secondary school run by the petitioner at Garkheda to Deolai Mahada. The proposal is recommended by the Deputy Director of Education on 30.08.2010 to the Director of Education. However, no further steps are taken by the Director of Education.

In case the proposal is recommended by the Deputy Director of Education to the Director of Education (Exh. 'C', Page 13) and the same is pending with the Director of Education, then the Director of Education shall take appropriate steps and decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within 6 months. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
