Mr. Patil, the learned counsel has placed on record the communication between the Sub Divisional Ofcer, Ambad and the Deputy Collector, Employment Guarantee Scheme, Jalna. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. Mr. Patil the learned counsel submits that the petitioners are entitled for rate as mentioned in the said communication. The zilla Parishad has also fled afdavit to the efect that the petitioners are entitled for the amount of compensation and rate as determined under communication dated 13.06.2019 ('X'). 2.

There would not be any impediment for the parties to proceed for acquiring the properties of the petitioner as per rate and the amount determined under communication dated 13.06.2019. The same shall be done and the entire proceeding shall be taken to its logical end within six months.
