Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee since 1st June, 2019.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee, then the Committee shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30th September, 2019.
