Learned Counsel appearing for the claimant/s has not seriously disputed for condoning the delay. Even otherwise, the delay seems to have been sufficiently explained. In the circumstances,

the applications for condonation of delay are allowed and disposed of.

The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

2) Heard leaned Counsel for the parties on CA for stay. Execution of the impugned Award shall stand stayed on condition that the appellant/applicant deposits the entire amount under the Award with the interest accrued thereon in this Court within a period of ten weeks from the date of this order. Civil applications for stay are disposed of.

3) Issue notice to respondent/s in appeal returnable after six weeks.
