All these Petitioners are identically placed and their representations, dated 22nd August, 2022 addressed to Respondent Nos.1 and 2, are pending.

The Petitioners' issue is as regards quantum of pay-scale that is being extended to the Petitioners. In similar circumstances, this Court has passed an order on 9th February, 2021 in Writ Petition No.14799 of 2017, directing the competent authority to deal with the representation.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off. Respondent No.2 shall follow the procedure laid down in law and give a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, while deciding the representations of the Petitioners dated 22nd August, 2022 on their own merits and preferably within 75 days from today.
