A conditional bail was granted to the applicant that he shall not enter Taluka Gangakhed, District Parbhani till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant is following the conditions since January 2022. The reasons assigned in the application for relaxing the condition appears reasonable. There are no reports of breach of conditions by the applicant; therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :
