Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with with C.R. No. 257/2023 registered with Rahuri Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the co-accused against whom similar allegations are made are already enlarged on anticipatory bail in ABA/538/2023 by order dated 12.06.2023.

Learned APP opposed the application by

949-ABA-1495-2023.odt contending that the offence is serious and there are statements of witnesses which shows involvement of the Applicants in this crime.

Perusal of order dated 12.06.2023 passed in ABA/538/2023 after duly considering the material placed on record and considering the investigation papers this Court has granted anticipatory bail to co-accused. Considering the fact that the Applicants are ladies with similar allegations as against co-accused, on parity application deserves to be allowed.

In view of above, application stands allowed by confirming interim order dated 08th September, 2023. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) Malani
