The learned Counsel for the petitioner relies on the judgment of this Court dated 5.7.2019 in Writ Petition no.1493 of 2018 with connected matters.

The proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from partially aided post to aided post is pending with the Education Officer.

Considering the fact that the proposal is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed shall take decision upon the proposal dated 2.8.2019 submitted by the institution on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
