2] Learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents. 3] In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.1 as Headmaster [Page-17] is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the said proposal, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within four [4] months.
