Heard. We are not inclined to entertain the Petition, which raises disputed questions of facts. Apart from it, there are allegations in the F.I.R.

that the Directors with borrowers conspired with each other and bank is duped by granting huge amount of loan on the basis of the forged documents. Hence, the Criminal Writ Petition stands rejected.
