The petitioner is a Credit Cooperative Society and its incumbent Chairman is soliciting a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take cognizance of his complaint (Exhibit-F) for initiating action pursuant to the audit report indicating misappropriation and misdeeds.

We dispose of the Writ Petition directing respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's request/ application dated 23.10.2023 (Exhibit F) in accordance with law and take appropriate steps.
