The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order below Exhibit-29 he has remedy of pursuing an appeal and seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition to the extent of Exhibit-29 and pursue the remedy of appeal.

Considering the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as regards Exhibit-29 with liberty to pursue the remedy as is available to challenge the impugned order. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order below Exhibit-23 no alternate remedy is available.
