Admittedly, present Civil Application is covered by the order dated 11th July, 2025 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 3674 of 2024 in First Appeal Stamp No. 10925 of 2023 and connected matters.

For the reasons stated in the Application and as it is brought to the notice that, in connected matters this Court has granted leave to correct the memos of First Appeals and permitted the Appellants therein to pay the Court fees on the amount claimed by them in appeals, the Application is allowed.

{2} ca7921-25.doc First Appeal is restored. Applicant shall amend the memo of First Appeal. The Applicant is permitted to pay the Court fees on the amount claimed by him in the First Appeal.
