This application is for transfer of the proceeding from Family Court at Latur to Family Court at Pune.

The learned Counsel for the respondent on instructions of his client concedes for the transfer.

In that view of the matter, I pass following order :

ORDER

a.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. b.

The proceeding bearing Petition D No.09/2021 pending before the learned Family Court at Latur shall stand transferred to the learned Family Court at Pune.

An endeavour be made to decide the proceedings finally as expeditiously as possible.

d. The concern court shall transmit the papers immediately. e.

The parties to appear before the learned Family Court at Pune on 11.01.2024.

f.

All the proceedings pending at a place where the applicant is residing be preferably posted on same date.
