Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application filed by original claimants for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

Perused the earlier order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 241 of 2008, dated 30.1.2008. On perusal of the same, it appears that this Court has permitted the claimants to withdraw 50,000/- and rest of the amount is directed to be invested in the Nationalized Bank for initial period of two years.

Learned counsel appearing for the

ca11891.17 Insurance Company submits that he is ready for final hearing. Therefore, instead of permitting the claimants to withdraw certain amount and for the grounds stated in the appeal memo, the applicants may not be permitted to withdraw further amount of compensation.

In view of above, Civil Application is disposed of.

6.

List the First Appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 6.11.2017.

Print and paper book is dispensed with.
