We have heard learned counsels for the University in respective matters.

It is submitted that the petitioners are given admission to the 1st year B.U.M.S. course, however, they are not allowed to fill in the examination forms on the ground that validation proceedings are still pending.

In view of the fact that validation proceedings are pending, we pass the following order:

ORDER

I] The respondent - committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within 9 months. II] The petitioners shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.

III] The respondents - University and College shall not refuse to accept the examination forms of the petitioners and declare results only on the ground that validation proceedings are still pending.

IV] The respondents - College and the University can take further course of action depending upon the judgments that would delivered by the committee in the validation proceedings.
