The petitioner seeks directions for permanent approval of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that proposal is pending before the Education Officer.

Notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondents no.1 to 3 and Mr Karnik waives notice for respondents no.4 and 5.

In view of the fact that the proposal seeking permanent approval (Page 17) is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within one year.
