In all these matters, the Petitioners have an apprehension that they would not be considered eligible for online transfer (inter district) in the light of the GR dated 23.05.2023. 2.
The learned Advocates appearing on behalf of various Zilla Parishads and the learned AGP submit that, firstly, a Writ Petition should not be entertained on apprehensions. Secondly, the apprehensions of these Petitioners is misplaced. The transfers for the present academic year 2023-2024, are over. When the online portal opens for transfers for the academic year 2024-2025, the applications of the Petitioners would be considered strictly in accordance with the Rules and the Policies applicable, provided they are eligible.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that his apprehension is put to rest in the light of the aforesaid statements. 4.
