The matters at serial nos. 2 to 4 are not on board. Taken on board at the request of learned advocate for the petitioners since all of them are on identical footing.

The relief that the petitioners pray before this Court is that the verdict delivered by the Hon'ble Minister dated 08.06.2022 in the light of the Government Resolution dated 03.10.2017, may be directed to be implemented by the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3, more so, for the reason that the said order has attained finality and none of the respondents have challenged the same.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned AGP. The petitioners were before the Hon'ble Minister in appeals and these appeals were allowed by a common order dated 08.06.2022. The names of these four petitioners is in the list of seven persons mentioned on internal page no. 3 of the order.

The learned AGP submits that the order of the Hon'ble
3 WP12891.2023&3ors.odt Minister will be considered by the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 and appropriate steps by following the due procedure would be initiated to implement the said order, if there is no legal impediment. 5.
In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. 6.
We make it clear that if respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 notice any legal impediment, they shall immediately communicate their impressions in writing to the concerned petitioners. Needless to state, if there is no any legal impediment, the consequential benefits flowing from the order of the Hon'ble Minister would be extended to these petitioners without causing undue delay.
