Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for the respondents.

This petition can be disposed by directing respondent No.2 Committee to take decision in the appeal presented by petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, challenging the order of denial to issue caste certificate by the Sub Divisional officer, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.

It would be open for the petitioners to raise challenge to the order passed by the Committee concerning petitioner Nos. 3 and 4.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
