The petitioners have put forth prayer clauses "B" and "C" as under:- "B) This Hon'ble Court may by issuing the necessary directions and orders in the nature of issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ or directions in the like nature direct the respondents to construct and develop the Panand Road of village Hali to Kharbwadi as per the guidelines issued by the State of Maharashtra as per the Government Resolution dated 11.11.2021.

C) Pending hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, the respondents may kindly be directed to construct and develop the Panand Road of village Hali to Kharbwadi as per the guidelines issued by the State of Maharashtra as per the Government Resolution dated 11.11.2021."

We have considered the submission of the learned advocate

wp11053.22 -2for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. representing respondent Nos. 1 to 4. These petitioners are praying for a Panand road since 2015. It is a long standing demand to have a proper Panand road, which is also called as a village road. The Government Resolution dated 11.11.2021 supports their request.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to initiate appropriate steps in the light of the Government Resolution dated 11.11.2021 and develop a Panand road for village Hali to Kharbwadi, Tq. Udgir, district Latur, expeditiously and preferably prior to onset of the rainy season of 2023.
